The best thickness depends on your application.
2-3mm Best for lightweight,flexible, and detailed work,like indoor display boards and exhibition graphics.
4-5mm Best for rigid yet lightweight structures,like retail POS stands and trade show panel.
6-8mm With better impact resistance for make ourdoor sign,workbenches,retail shelves.
3. What kind of processing can we do with PVC free foam sheet?
You can choice cutting, drilling, bending, thermoforming, bonding, joining and others processing methods to process PVC free foam sheet.Almost all processing methods that can be done on wood can also be done on PVC free foam sheet.
4.What is your MOQ?
Usually,for PVC free foam sheet,our MOQ is about 1000KG.If we have stock and you do not require customized products,the MOQ can be less.
5.What should we pay attention to when processing PVC free foam sheet?
Cutting Avoid dull tools (causes chipping or melting.)
Bending&Thermoforming Heat to 120-140°C (248-284°F)(overheating causes bubbles or warping.)
Adhesive Aviod use epoxy on stress points(brittle over time.)
Printing Use PVC-compatible primers for paints.
