Extruded sheets offer superior thickness tolerance and are easier to vacuum form or thermoform. Cast sheets provide slightly higher optical clarity and better chemical resistance.
 

2.Are your extruded acrylic sheets UV-resistant for outdoor use?
Yes. We incorporate premium UV stabilizers during the extrusion process. Our sheets retain their clarity and resist yellowing for 5 to 10 years in outdoor environments.
 

3. What is the standard thickness tolerance of your extruded sheets?
Thanks to our high-precision extrusion production lines, our thickness tolerance is strictly controlled within \(\pm0.1\text{mm}\) to \(\pm0.2\text{mm}\).

8. What type of protective masking do you use for shipping?

9.How do you pack the sheets to ensure safe international shipping?
All sheets are packed on sturdy, fumigated export wooden pallets. They are secured with heavy-duty steel strapping and wrapped in waterproof stretch film to survive long maritime transits.
 

10. What is the typical lead time for a full container load (FCL)?
Generally, it takes 15 to 20 days after receiving the deposit or LC confirmation to manufacture and prepare a 20ft container for shipment.
