1-3mm Best for lightweight,flexible, and detailed work,like posters, exhibition graphics,packing inserts.
4-8mm Best for rigid yet lightweight structures,like indoor display boards, trade show panel and furniture.
9-15mm With better impact resistance for make ourdoor sign,partition walls,door cores, automotive interiors.
16-25mm+ Best for heavy-duty signage, load-bearing panels, workbenches.
3. What kind of processing can we do with PVC Celuka foam board?
You can choice cutting, drilling, bending, thermoforming, bonding, joining and others processing methods to process PVC Celuka foam board.Almost all processing methods that can be done on wood can also be done on PVC Celuka foam board.
4.What is your MOQ?
Usually,for PVC Celuka foam board,our MOQ is about 1000KG.If we have stock and you do not require customized products,the MOQ can be less.
5.What should we pay attention to when processing PVC Celuka foam board?
Cutting Avoid dull tools (causes chipping or melting.)
Bending&Thermoforming Heat to 120-140°C (248-284°F)(overheating causes bubbles or warping.)
Adhesive Aviod use epoxy on stress points(brittle over time.)
Printing Use PVC-compatible primers for paints.
