1. What is a Laminated PVC Foam Board?
Laminated PVC Foam Board (also known as Sintra or Forex) is a lightweight, rigid sheet made of expanded PVC with a decorative film (PVC, HPL, or Acrylic) laminated on one or both sides. It combines the structural benefits of PVC with aesthetic finishes like wood grain or marble.

2. What are the common thicknesses available?
We offer a wide range of thicknesses from 1mm to 30mm. For the furniture industry, 15mm, 17mm, and 18mm are the most popular standards.

3. What is the standard density of your PVC boards?
Our density typically ranges from 0.40g/cm³ to 0.80g/cm³. High-density boards (0.55+ g/cm³) are recommended for kitchen cabinets due to superior screw-holding strength.

4. Is Laminated PVC Foam Board waterproof?
Yes, it is 100% waterproof and moisture-proof. Unlike MDF or plywood, it will not swell, rot, or delaminate when exposed to water, making it ideal for bathrooms and kitchens.
5. How does it compare to traditional wood or MDF?
PVC foam board is anti-termite, corrosion-resistant, and fire-retardant. It is much lighter than MDF, easier to install, and requires zero maintenance or painting.

6. Can it be used for outdoor applications?
While primarily used indoors, our UV-stabilized laminated boards can be used for outdoor signage or partitions without fading or warping for a significant period.

7. Is the material eco-friendly?
Yes. Our boards are Lead-free and Formaldehyde-free. They are 100% recyclable and meet international green building standards.

8. What is the fire rating of your PVC foam sheets?
Our PVC boards usually meet the UL-94 V-0 or Class B1 fire retardant standards, meaning they are self-extinguishing and do not support combustion.
9. What types of surface finishes do you offer?
We provide a variety of laminations, including Wood Grain, Marble, Solid Colors (High Gloss or Matte), and Metallic finishes.

10. How is the screw-holding power of the board?
High-density PVC Celuka boards have excellent screw-holding capacity, similar to solid wood. For heavy-duty cabinets, we recommend a density of at least 0.60g/cm³.

11. Can I cut and drill this board with standard woodworking tools?
Absolutely. You can use standard circular saws, CNC machines, and drills. It doesn't chip or crack like acrylic or thin plywood.

12. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 to 200 sheets per color/thickness. However, for stock colors, we can support smaller trial orders.

13. Do you provide samples for quality testing?
Yes, we offer free A4-sized samples. You only need to cover the express shipping cost, which is refundable upon your first bulk order.

14. What certifications do your products hold?

15. How do you ensure the lamination doesn't peel off?
