1.What is PVC co-extruded foam board?
A rigid sheet with a closed-cell PVC foam core and thin, dense PVC skins co-extruded on both sides for a smooth, durable surface.
2.What are the main applications for this product?
Cabinet, Signage, POS/display panels, exhibition stands, interior cladding, shopfitting, marine interiors, protective packaging, prototyping, and CNC routing projects.
3.What standard sizes and thicknesses are available?
Common sheet sizes: 1220×2440 mm, 1500×3050 mm; thickness range typically 3-18 mm (common: 15 mm 16mm 17mm 18mm). Custom sizes and thicknesses available on request.
4.What surface finishes do you offer?
Smooth matte, gloss, and textured finishes. Protective PE film can be applied for transport.
5.Is the board printable and paintable?
Yes. Suitable for digital UV printing, screen printing, and painting; surface pretreatment or primer may be recommended for optimal adhesion on some inks/coatings.
6.How does it perform outdoors?
UV-stabilized grades are available for outdoor use. Standard grades are best for indoor applications; ask for weathering/UV test data for outdoor projects.
7.What about fire and safety ratings?
Many grades are self-extinguishing; specific fire ratings (UL, EN) depend on the SKU-provide certification or test reports on request.
8.What chemical and moisture resistance does it offer?
Good resistance to water, many acids and alkalis, and common cleaning agents. Avoid prolonged contact with strong solvents (e.g., ketones).

Easily cut, sawed, routed, CNC machined, drilled, and thermoformed (limited by thickness/grade). Standard adhesives (PVC cement, contact adhesives) and mechanical fixings work well.

Typical thickness tolerance ±0.2 mm (confirm per SKU). Quality checks include thickness/density, surface finish, skin adhesion, and visual inspection; inspection reports available on request.

12.What are typical lead times and MOQ?
